I frequently vacation at a resort area where there are about 2500 different properties (privately-owned cabins). Customers like me typically rent a cabin for a weekly stay. While a variety of management agencies provide scheduling and property management services, none of them show reviews from customers who were previous renters.

I want to design a website where vacationers can easily submit a review of the property, they rented following their stay. The site would also allow potential customers to search existing reviews. I don’t have financial backing and will self-fund the development of this site so I’m cost-sensitive.

Site requirements:

1. Will accommodate multiple reviews for up to 2500 different properties.
2. Will accommodate at least one photograph for each property.
3. Reviews must be searchable by property name and/or address.
4. Developer must offer a “template” so website owner can easily enter/edit/update/delete reviews.

1. Install WordPress on your host platform. One installation covers all domains on the IONOS platform.
2. Eliminate all pre-installed plug-ins (deactivate first; then delete)
3. Change Permalink to simple webname (www.billspaulding.com NOT www.billspaulding.com/wyz)
4. Install theme (Astra)
5. Install Starter Templates by Brainstorm Force. (Only works with Astra Theme)
6. Install Elementor from Stater Templates to use as your page builder
